RIPP / Integrated resin post-processing

Finished parts.One machine.

Print · Drain · Wash · Cure

RIPP prints, washes, and cures without moving the part between machines. Start the job. Open the enclosure when it is finished.

Standard resin printing

Printing is only the first step.

A finished print still has to be removed wet, washed in solvent, dried, and UV cured. That means separate equipment and repeated handling.

  1. 01

    Print

The part leaves the printer coated in resin.

  2. 02

    Unload

    Remove the wet build plate.

  3. 03

    Wash

Move the part into a solvent bath.

  4. 04

    Dry

    Drain the part before curing.

  5. 05

    Cure

Move it again for UV exposure.

Printer. Wash station. Cure station. RIPP combines all three.

RIPP workflow

Load once. Unload finished.

The build stays inside RIPP through printing, draining, washing, and curing.

  1. 01

    Print

    MSLA forms the part.

  2. 02

    Drain

    Excess resin clears before washing.

  3. 03

    Wash

Circulated wash fluid removes uncured resin.

  4. 04

    Cure

    Integrated UV completes the part.

  5. 05

    Unload

    Remove a ready-to-handle part.

No wet transfer between separate machines.

Printing and post-processing. Built together.

01Print-to-cure automation

The build stays inside.

RIPP moves one build platform through each stage. Printing ends, the wash cycle starts, and UV cure follows without an operator transfer.

  • MSLA printing
  • Automated stage changes
  • Single build platform

02Enclosure & filtration

Close the door. Run the full cycle.

Printing and post-processing share an enclosed work area. Integrated filtration manages process air while the machine runs.

  • Enclosed work area
  • Integrated air filtration
  • Filtered end-of-cycle access

03Integrated chassis

Printer, wash, and cure. One footprint.

The motion system, wash hardware, UV stage, filtration, and controls are built into one vertical chassis.

  • Front loading
  • Vertical layout
  • Bench-scale footprint

04Fluid system

Wash fluid stays in the machine.

RIPP pumps wash fluid into the process and drains it through a contained path. There is no open-container transfer between stations.

  • Pumped wash cycle
  • Automated drain
  • Contained fluid path

RIPP replaces the separate printer, wash station, and cure chamber used in a standard resin workflow.
